Federal Unified Agenda Outlines Upcoming Agency Actions
The Regulatory Flexibility Act requires that agencies publish semiannual "regulatory flexibility agendas" describing regulatory actions they are developing that will have significant effects on businesses and other entities.

The Unified Agenda (Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions), published in the fall and spring, is the document that agencies use to fulfill all of these requirements. All federal regulatory agencies have chosen to publish their regulatory agendas as part of this publication, and this fall's version contains the Regulatory Plans of 28 Federal agencies and 66 Federal agency regulatory agendas.

Included are ongoing and proposed actions by agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, EPA, Department of Labor, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.

Should you have specific questions, contact Josie Gaskey.
