This year, co-located with the PACA Annual Meeting in Hershey is the brand new event - PACAWorks - scheduled for November 15th from 9:45 AM to 1:15 PM.
PACAWorks consists of targeted education and networking time with specific topic materials for those members of your team or for yourself, who generally are not given the opportunity to attend the Annual Meeting. The subject matter includes concrete promotion, national aggregate technical issues, MS4, DEP's risk management philosophy, an opioid training program and marijuana legalization, and sustainability. The registration fee also includes lunch immediately following these concurrent sessions featuring a presentation by retired New York City Fire Lieutenant, Joseph Torrillo, who was buried not once, but TWICE, under the rubble of the collapsed Twin Towers on 9/11 and survived! Joseph tells his tale of survival entitled "Buried Alive with the Will to Survive: From Devastation to Inspiration" as the luncheon keynote speaker.
You can attend just the above noted sessions, the lunch and Joseph's presentation for just $50 per person! OR - if you wish to attend these sessions, lunch, Joseph's presentation ALONG WITH ALL of the Annual Meeting events - you can register to attend the Annual Meeting for $595 per person, which includes everything for that one price.
